Description:

·         It is used especially for cultivation of Leptospira spp. before serological detection of antibodies in examined serum using microagglutination test (MAT).

·         The medium can be also used for a direct cultivation of Leptospira in blood, liquor or urine samples.

·         Medium is ready to use.
