Description
· Each individual test contains all ready-to-use reagents required to perform the test.
· Used antigens: a combination of selected portions of specific antigens (EBNA-1, VCA-P18, VCA-P23, EA-D).
· Individual recombinant antigens are transfered to the nitrocellulose membrane; in the presence of specific antibodies in the sample, they bind to respective antigens. The complex is labelled with Conjugate and detected through a colour reaction with substrate.
· Short incubation times, total examination time about 1.25 hours.
· Evaluation using Immunoblot Software (TestLine).
Application:
· Diagnostics of Epstein-Barr infection.
· Confirmation test of ELISA.
Brief assay procedure:
· Insert testing strips and cartridges into the BlueDiver Instrument.
· Pipette samples.
· Fully automated incubation and washing steps in BlueDiver Instrument:
· Incubation 30 minutes.
· Wash 3 x 2 min.
· Conjugate dispensing.
· Incubation 20 min.
· Wash 3 x 2 min.
· Substrate dispensing.
· Incubation 10 min.
· Wash 1x 2 min.
· Evaluation of test results using the BlueScan scanner and Immunoblot Software.
